Involved in the field of human resources since 1998, Rino focuses his expertise on executive and professional recruitment. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found the employability service agency R2 in 2003, then its HR and recruitment division in 2008, which became My HR Partners in 2020. Today, these organizations are recognized as leaders in their respective sectors. This is evidenced by the excellent retention rate of client companies, some of which have been with us since the beginning.

Bilingual, he holds a bachelor’s degree from the Université de Moncton. He also studied Human Resources Management at the University of New Brunswick.

As a Certified Executive Coach, Michelle offers over 35 years of leadership experience. Founder and owner of Inspire Leadership Inc. and co-owner of My HR Partners, she has a background in executive and vice-presidential positions in human resources, communications, administration, and performance optimization. She has worked in a variety of sectors including energy and health care, public and post-secondary education.
Throughout her career, Michelle has made her mark and has repeatedly demonstrated her mastery of exemplary employer-employee relations. Her analytical, concise, and ethical mindset provides her clients with advice that has a significant impact on strategic organizational decisions. A credible advisor, she possesses interpersonal and communication skills with integrity and outstanding leadership skills and effectiveness. Michelle supports managers, teams, and organizations in identifying strengths that maximize their potential in managing workplace challenges.
Bilingual, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick and is a graduate of Royal Roads University as a Certified Executive Coach. She is certified in Lean Six Sigma. Michelle also holds a certificate in Negotiation, Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Saint Mary’s University, as well as a certificate in Health Services Management from the Canadian Healthcare Association.
Michelle has been a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) since 2017.
